The DeepWater Horizon Cataclysm

On April 20, 2010 the DeepWater Horizon deep-sea drilling rig exploded into flames and sunk to the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico instantly killing 11 people and setting off a chain of horrifying events that have forever altered our seas, food, and national habitat. Thus far, the result has been the worst Ecological catastrophe in American history, if not the entire history of our planet.

A plume of highly toxic oil and gas is continuously billowing from the sea-floor. A chasm reaching deep into the Earth was opened by the illegal operations of the BP Corporation. This volcano of poison is releasing between 200,000 and 4 MILLION gallons of petro into the sea EVERY DAY. I know that these numbers represent a range in severity. The exact magnitude of the disaster is unknown because BP and the US Coast Guard are refusing to allow scientists or reporters entry to the site awhile deceiving the public. Yet those numbers represent opinions from the top geologists and oceanographers in the world. One way or the other, it is either:

A) ABSOLUTELY AWFUL or

B) BEYOND OUR WORST GODDAMN NIGHTMARES.

There is a great deal of work ahead for us. We must compile all of the data, understand the severity of the cataclysm, disseminate the information, help to limit its destruction, save all life we can, and we must have JUSTICE! This is the purpose of this site. Please join this historic effort and save your air and water, food and future, health and children, save our ancient and holy home, - our Earth.

Please be patient. There is so much information that needs to be out there already! We must compile as much as possible and marshal support for a new Ecological awakening in our civilization. Moreover, it is of utmost importance that the culprits behind this calamity are brought to justice by any means available. If they continue to live a life of luxury awhile we suffer their cancers and exploitations on a dying planet, then shame on us. Our generation can not disgrace all the ancestors that came before and all our descendants to be with ignorance or inaction! It is incumbent on us and us alone to defend our world.

If you would like to contribute to this site in any way please let me know.
